deputy of the State of Law coalition, Alia Nassif, confirmed on Monday that the Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi had achieved success in creating a rift between the Shiite, Sunni and Kurdish political forces, likely to obtain sufficient votes to pass his government.
