[rtl]أكد الأمين العام لمجلس الوزراء، مهدي العلاق، الخميس، سعي الحكومة إلى رفع مستوى الإدارة المالية للموظفين وحصولهم على امتيازات أفضل من خلال توطين الرواتب.[/rtl]

The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Mahdi Al-Alak, on Thursday, the government's efforts to raise the level of financial management of employees and access to better privileges through the settlement of salaries.

[rtl]وذكر العلاق، في كلمة افتتاح المعرض الذي حضره مستشارا رئيس الوزراء الاقتصادي والمالي وممثل عن البنك الدولي، اليوم (16 تشرين الثاني 2017)، أن "الأمانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء وبالتعاون مع وزارة التخطيط والبنك المركزي العراقي ورابطة المصارف الخاصة العراقية أقامت المعرض المصرفي لتوطين الرواتب".[/rtl]

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and in cooperation with the Ministry of Planning and the Central Bank of Iraq and the Association of Iraqi Private Banks set up a banking fair for the settlement of salaries, Al-Aalak said in the opening speech of the exhibition, which was attended by the economic and financial adviser and the representative of the World Bank, today (November 16, 2017) .

[rtl]وقال العلاق إن "الحكومة ومن خلال قرارها الذي أصدرته لتوطين الرواتب تسعى لرفع مستوى الإدارة المالية للموظفين وحصولهم على امتيازات أفضل، ضمن حقه في اختيار المصارف التي يرغب توطين راتبه فيها بما يلبي طموحاته الاقتصادية"، مشيرا إلى أن "مشروع توطين الرواتب سيزيد من الخدمات المصرفية للموظفين وسيسهل عمليات التعامل مع نقاط البيع داخل وخارج البلاد".[/rtl]

"

[rtl]ومن جانبه، أوضح محافظ البنك المركزي، علي العلاق، أن "مشروع توطين الرواتب هو أحد مشاريع الشمول المالي الذي يساعد على التحول من مجتمع نقدي بالكامل نحو الدفع الالكتروني من خلال اقتناء الأنظمة واتباع أفضل الممارسات المصرفية والابتعاد عن التعامل النقدي"، لافتاً إلى أن "البنك بصدد تعميم آلية جديدة بشأن إلزام الجهات الحكومية بالتعامل في عمليات التجهيز مع الجهات عن طريق الحسابات المصرفية".[/rtl]

For his part, the governor of the Central Bank, Ali Alalak, said that "the project of the settlement of salaries is one of the projects of financial inclusion, which helps to shift from a society fully cash towards electronic payment through the acquisition of systems and follow the best banking practices and away from dealing with cash," pointing out that " The Bank is in the process of circulating a new mechanism on the obligation of government agencies to deal in processing with the parties through bank accounts.

[rtl]وشارك في المعرض 14 مصرفا خاصا وحكوميا تم اختيارهم وفق معايير دقيقة وضعها البنك المركزي العراقي.[/rtl]

The exhibition was attended by 14 private and government banks selected according to precise criteria set by the Central Bank of Iraq.

[rtl]وكان مجلس الوزراء قد أصدر قراره رقم (313) لسنة 2016 يقضي بمغادرة التعامل بالنقد والتحول نحو الدفع الالكتروني، وتبعه قرار آخر حمل الرقم (281) يقضي بإصلاح نظام الرواتب لموظفي الدولة.[/rtl]

The Council of Ministers has issued its decision No. (313) for the year 2016 to leave the dealing with cash and the shift to electronic payment, followed by another decision number (281) to reform the system of salaries of state employees.
