    The head of Iran's judiciary Ayatollah Ali Larijani said on Monday that US envoy to the United Nations, Nicky Healy, was the result of the regional and international defeats of the United States.
    In a meeting with senior judicial officials, Ayatollah Amelai Larijani referred to the allegations made by US envoy to the United Nations, Nikki Healy, about sending Iran missiles to Yemen, saying that the release of such false claims was the result of regional, international and multi-American defeats.
    "They tried to achieve their goals in the region by finding a catalyst and changing the region over a period of 20 years under the pretext of being a supporter and fighting it, but the strong presence of Iran alongside the brothers in the region ended up calling and supporting its supporters," he said.
    The head of the judiciary described Haley's allegations as "televised," adding that none of the allegations concerned any country other than Saudi Arabia and the Zionist entity. The United Nations itself did not accept these false allegations.
    He added that America was isolated after the decision to transfer the embassy to Jerusalem, and we are still witnessing angry demonstrations of the peoples of the world in different countries, especially in the occupied territories.
    Ayatollah Ali Larijani noted that it is better for America to learn from its experiences and to stop these absurd acts of sabotage, saying, "Let them be confident that they can not push Iran to negotiate its defense and missile capability."
    He pointed out that the Europeans should not try to talk about negotiating the missiles within the framework of the nuclear agreement because Iran will not negotiate with any country on its defense issues.
    "If Europe wants to negotiate the missiles, then allow Iran to enter Europe's missile and defense issues."
