    President Masoud Barzani met with the head of the Supreme Judicial Council of Iraq, Faiq Zidan, who described the visit as “important and historic.”[/size]
    [size=45]As part of his visit to the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, President Barzani and his accompanying delegation met today, Wednesday (July 3, 2024), with Judge Faiq Zidane, Head of the Supreme Judicial Council in Iraq.[/size]
    [size=45]The two sides exchanged views and opinions on the political situation in Iraq, relations between the parties and the latest regional developments, according to a statement from Barzani's headquarters.[/size]
    [size=45]During the meeting, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council expressed his happiness with President Barzani’s visit to Baghdad, describing the visit as “important and historic.”[/size]
    [size=45]For his part, the Judiciary Media Office said that Zidane discussed with President Barzani and his accompanying delegation “a number of legal and judicial files related to developing the work of the judiciary in the Kurdistan Region.”[/size]
    [size=45]President Masoud Barzani arrived in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, on Wednesday, on a visit during which he will meet with senior government officials and political leaders in the country.[/size]
    [size=45]During his visit to Baghdad, President Masoud Barzani will meet with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, senior officials and political leaders, in a tour that is expected to achieve a breakthrough in the outstanding problems between the Kurdistan Region and the federal government, thus contributing to finding a radical solution to them.[/size]
