The signing of a "document of honor" in Daqouq for bloodshed

     Kirkuk / Marwan al-Ani

A gathering in Daqouq, south of Kirkuk, attended by clerics and tribal leaders, as well as clerics and security leaders, including the commander of Kirkuk operations, ended with the signing of a "document of honor" to inject the blood of the components and maintain stability.
After the deployment of federal forces in the vicinity of the province of Kirkuk, mid-October, the city is dominated by a state of security tension, punctuated by attacks targeting civilian homes. After two months of security operations, the areas around Daqouq witnessed attacks on army positions and targets and the Turkmen crowd. It is believed that the perpetrators of the operations are militants who urged those who fled the military operations, and settled in the rugged places located on the outskirts of Kirkuk.
"The components of the judiciary signed a document of honor between the components to inject blood and protect all the citizens of the judiciary and support the security services in the pursuit of terrorists," said Amer al-Jubouri, one of the judges of the judiciary,
In his speech, MP Khalid al-Mafraji said in a speech at the rally that "some 2,000 detainees are missing without knowing their fate and are missing." "The denial of Kurdish security of the absence of detainees has nothing to solve the problem, but they must hand over the detainees to the local government in Kirkuk to see the judiciary and the court in Kirkuk issues."
He called on the leadership of the Coalition of Detainees' Families who have evidence and documents on the arrest of their children for submission to the Commission on Human Rights.
For his part, Abu Thaer al-Bashiri, commander of the 16th brigade of the Turkmen crowd, said that his forces "are working with the army forces to confront terrorism, achieve stability and protect the components of Daqouq and not allow any incident that affects stability and damage to the security of the judiciary."
