The deputy of the Nineveh province Abdul Rahman al-Loizi, on Friday, to express the countries that supported and funded the Daqash and terrorist groups money for the reconstruction of liberated areas, noting that the destruction, killing and displacement was due to previous support.

"The reconstruction and rehabilitation stage is no less important than the liberation of areas that were controlled by criminal gangs," he said in a press statement. "There are attempts to hold seminars and conferences to urge the countries of the world to donate and encourage grants, including the Kuwait conference."

"Some of the regional countries that have generously spent so much effort on Iraq and caused all this destruction in Iraq should also spend generously on the reconstruction projects that have solved all the disasters, killings and displacement because of them," he said.

The donor conference in Kuwait is expected to be held in mid-February with the participation of hundreds of countries and international companies for the reconstruction of the country, with the government of Al-Arqiya offering dozens of investment projects.
