Baghdad: Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, said that the allocation at the donors conference Kuwait to Iraq does not meet the ceiling of need, noting that "not a little."
Al-Jaafari said in a speech at a joint press conference at the end of the Kuwait International Conference on Iraq Reconstruction that "Iraq's Mimmer hoped to turn into a scene of history and many of the martyrs were 18,000 martyrs and 36 thousand wounded except for material losses in the affected cities" .

"All the organizations and most of the countries stood by our side, which is a moral wealth that can not be neglected," Jaafari said. "They stood by the message that the United Nations is not a well-known structure but stands by the affected countries, What all nations and the United Nations are trying to stand by. "
"If we compare it to the conference today, it is certainly less than what Iraq requires. The need is greater, but we are satisfied with this tender. We appreciate this and we thanked everyone who contributed to this conference."
Jaafari noted that "the money given to Iraq will be highlighted and acted according to its priorities."
