Bayati said in a press statement on Saturday, said that "the domestic industry suffers from neglect as a result of the absence of laws supporting them, stressing the need for the legislation of a special law for industrial investment."
He pointed out that plants and large factories giant in the country, both in the south of a factor of petrochemicals and fertilizers, chemicals, sugar and coefficient of phosphate, sulfur and iron in the central and northern Iraq are still all parked, as a result of many factors, the most important of corruption and red tape and lack of funds.
