Announced
Second Deputy Speaker Arif Tayfur its full support for the
establishment of the regions as a legitimate right approved by the Iraqi
constitution.
A statement of the Information Office of the
Deputy Speaker of the House has received all of Iraq [where] a copy of
it on Thursday Tayfur say that "the establishment of the regions will
enable us to get out of crisis and solve problems for the affected areas
and underserved by increasing the powers of the provinces and the
distribution of powers to the Department of the province away from
conflict Political and this can be achieved only with the presence of
regions able to do these tasks for many reasons, mainly the successful
experience of the Kurdistan region and establishing security in and
evolution there, which is considered a model to be proud of all Iraqis
and other reason is the failure of the system of government central and
inability to run the country as a state like Iraq multicomponent and
spectra. "
He stressed Tayfur "the need to approve the House of
Representatives law redrawing the administrative border between the
provinces to resolve conflicts and disputes over areas and to facilitate
the task of creating regions and give the opportunity for the people of
the provinces to decide their fate, and draw a relationship between
them and the federal government on the basis Constitution and the law."
He
criticized Vice President of the Council, "the federal government
because of its refusal and aborted the project Region provinces of Basra
and Salahuddin, while the Constitution voted by the Iraqi people a
majority within the right of each province or more in the formation of a
region, calling on the government to create an appropriate atmosphere
for the people choose voluntarily form of government." Ended .
