    Deputy for the law is expected to approve the budget early next year




    {Baghdad: Euphrates News} predicted MP for the coalition of state law were part of the National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Rikabi public approving the budget early next year if there were not a political or partisan differences or zonal thereon.

    A member of the parliamentary Finance Committee MP Najiba Najib, “Awan”, “The federal government and the representatives of the Kurdish blocs in the Council of Ministers, are still continuing to discuss points of contention on the budget with entitlements attached to the oil companies operating in the province.”
    It showed Najib said “the government should send the budget without belongings and financial points of contention, as has happened in the budget years, because we do not have the powers to manipulate Babub exchange not only for transfers nor reduced by the Constitution,” pointing out that “the reason for the delay budget is because of these discussions.”
    He suggested that “the contentious points will be deducted during the next few days.”

    Najib told (Baghdadi News) that "the problems between the government and the province is still stuck in spite of the agreement of the parties nominate committees are solving problems that we have seen lack of seriousness of the federal government solve those problems."

    And called for "the Council of Ministers to speed up the resolution of all outstanding issues between the federal government and the provincial government within the Council of Ministers in order to allow Parliament to vote them in record time"

    The Iraqi Council of Representatives last Wednesday announced the cancellation of its next Sunday announcing its entry in the legislative recess after the government delayed sending financial budget.
