Health organizes a campaign to educate against the phenomenon of assault on doctors

The ministry's administrative agent, Dr. Zamel al-Uribi, issued a special statement to Al-Sabah after a meeting held by the ministry on Monday to discuss the phenomenon of repeated attacks on doctors in the country, adding that the ministry is striving to raise the level of health services in the country. He promised to repeat the attack on doctors, a serious phenomenon stands in the face of the reform plans of the ministry, which called for the launch of a joint campaign with the International Organization of the Red Cross and related parties, aimed at stopping these attacks, noting that the campaign includes urging the citizen to follow the legal means to complain and express protest, Through official channels of complaint rather than violence which leads to loss of time, money and effort. Al-Oreibi added that coordination was held with the security authorities to have real measures to deter such attacks and find the necessary solutions to provide a safe environment in health institutions that will be positively reflected in the provision of services to citizens. The agreement was signed with the Ministry of Interior to secure security detachments and intensify defenses to deter attacks before they occur.
