    Then Iraq needs to show the world what they have with their currency because right now they look weak to the rest of the Arab world with a currency that is worthless.

    weslin, I understand how ya feel, but until they have a internationally recognized currency they can't have a RV till art 8 is offered an they accept ,  thumbs

    mocha, if by official you mean elections they haven't even gotten started yet, they have to finish the recount the be ratified by judiary an then they have 90 days to form government among other things
