Al-Nuri said that "thousands of citizens who have been appointed in various circles as a contract are still unknown in light of the reduction of grades in previous years with the increase in the number of unemployed."
Al-Nuri called for "fairness of this working class in all ministries, institutions and government departments, especially the employees of the contracts of the Ministry of Electricity because of this vital sector of great importance in moving economic activity and social stability."
