Zobaie: The court set the date of pleading with the election of Halabousi as Speaker of Parliament
- Attorney Talal al-Zobaie announced on Tuesday that the court will set a date to challenge Mohammed al-Halbusi's election as speaker of parliament.
Zobaie said in an interview for Alsumaria News, "The court set the day of December 23, the date of pleading against the unconstitutionality of the election of Mohamed Halboussi as Speaker of the Parliament."
On October 3, MP Talal Al-Zobaie announced that he had filed an appeal with the Federal Court in the session of the election of Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halboussi, calling for its nullification.
