The Center said that several groups linked to the terrorist organization "Da'ash" announced themselves through their channels on the application of RocketChat, pointing out that the application is an open source messaging service used for conversation and trade and has multiple options for the creation of channels and groups.
He added that many news agencies associated with the "Daqash" terrorist urged the supporters of the organization to use the application, explaining that the organization publishes news on this application before publishing it on the accounts of "Telegram" of his.
The digital center said that the organization accounts on the platform in January reached more than 700, because of the ease of creating the account.
The analysis team in the center that the members of the organization began to search for new applications for messaging after a campaign launched by the administrations of the sites of communication, especially the application of "Telegram", which daily close several channels of the "Da'ash" terrorist, and the number of channels that closed in January 2019 to 9122 channel.
