Shafaq News / Kurdistan Alliance stipulated on Tuesday, two conditions for its members attendance to next Sunday’s session , indicating that its presence depends whether the Tripartite Commission reaches positive results on the federal budget and the federal government and the regional government agreement .

The Presidency of the Parliament identified on Sunday, the date for the next session of the Parliament that includes the second reading of the draft law on the federal budget .

The vice president of the bloc , Mohsen al-Sadoun told “Shafaq News ", that " if the Tripartite Commission reached a result on the budget and the federal government with the regional government then we will enter the session ."

"If the Tripartite Commission and the two governments didn’t reach any results on the differences then the alliance will not enter the meeting of the parliament."

The issue of the budget has sparked significant differences among the political forces represented in the parliament , in particular between the State of Law coalition led by Prime Minister , Nuri al-Maliki and Kurdistan Alliance , which accuses Baghdad of taking the region's share of the budget and stipulated to meet its demands to attend the sessions.
