MP Mohammed al-Baldawi said on Sunday that parliament speaker Mohamed Halboussi should apply Article 140 to try to win the Kurdish forces after the recent schisms within the Sunni component, while accusing political parties of being behind the recent bombings in Kirkuk.
"The political differences between the national axis and the solution and the Speaker of Parliament Mohammed Halbusi pushed the latter to win the power of Kurdish forces by demanding the application of Article 140 of the disputed areas," he said, noting that "the Sunni component reached a peak in Differences and political schisms within the House of Representatives. "
