revealed the Deputy Committee for Parliamentary Services, Abbas al-Atafi, on Tuesday, his intention to file a lawsuit against the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
Al-Atafi said that he, in his personal capacity as a deputy, is "filing a lawsuit against the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the General Directorate of Roads for negligence and negligence without any justification and taking no measures to address the roads."
He pointed out, "The presence of a statistic indicates that the number of deaths due to accidents on the road to Baghdad-Kut reached 181 deaths during this year only."
