Municipalities identify categories covered by free land
The Ministry of Construction, Municipalities and Municipalities explained that the plots of land that will be distributed to citizens in the new residential cities within the government program include three categories, which are low income and citizens as well as the affluent.
The Minister of Housing, Construction and Municipalities will distribute land plots to people with limited income for a free area of 150 meters per piece in those cities, and will provide plots of land in the same residential city for all citizens with an area of 250 meters per piece. He added that the third category is a slice of the case where the plots will be sold to them in that city at high prices to cover the amounts of services to the land, which will be distributed free of charge to those with limited income of water, sewerage, electricity and streets to be all areas serviced
Rikani had announced that the government program of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Municipalities on the distribution of residential land to citizens will start from the province of Basra
