    The governor of Anbar province, Ahmad al-Mahalawi, announced on Thursday that Turkish investment companies have been granted investment opportunities to implement two electricity projects in the western regions for the first time since the return of security and stability to the cities of the province.
    Mahlawi said in a statement to the information, that "Turkish investment companies have got investment opportunities to implement two projects affected by the electricity operations of terrorist operations in the district of Qaim west of Anbar for the purpose of returning them to service in the first step of its kind to outsource foreign investment companies to implement the damaged projects."
