    The council of ministers decided on Tuesday to allocate nearly 14 billion dinars to the Ministry of Interior for the purpose of contracting to buy 5 million national raw cards, and decided to increase the financial grant allocated to al-Zawraa and Mina clubs by one billion dinars each, and issued several other resolutions.
    According to a statement of the information office of the Prime Minister, that the Council of Ministers held its regular session on Tuesday, headed by the head of the caretaker government Adel Abdul Mahdi, and issued a number of decisions, where the Council agreed to calculate the unauthorized certificate submitted to the administration before issuing this decision provided that the competence and the existence of the need when hiring and the senior management discretion of the above.
    He added, "The Council of Ministers decided to approve the decision of the High Committee for The Relief and Shelter of Families Displaced by terrorist operations No. (816) for 2019," pointing out that "the Council decided to change the name of the High Committee for The Relief and Shelter of Families As a result of the terrorist operations, it becomes (The High Committee for Relief and Support for Displaced Persons) and the tasks and functions of the committee above, to support, assist and follow up the displaced in the event of emergency and to re-establish them and integrate them upon return, as well as to add a representative of the Ministry of Electricity to the committee for the purpose of participating in its meetings."
    The Council explained, that it has approved the authorization of the Minister of Finance not to spend some of the amounts specified in previous cabinet decisions to allocate emergency reserves for the purpose of securing the amount mentioned in paragraph (2), and the Ministry of Finance to secure an amount of (11750000) dollars, only eleven million and seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars, The equivalent of (13888500000) dinars, only thirteen billion, eight hundred and eighty-eight million and five hundred thousand dinars for the purpose of contracting the purchase of five million national raw cards from the amounts of emergency reserves reserved, based on the provisions of article (5) of the budget law The Federal General of the Republic of Iraq for fiscal year / 2019".
    "The Cabinet has approved to increase the financial allocations to al-Zawraa and Al-Mina clubs by 1 billion Iraqi dinars each for the year 2019-2020 from the company's winning allocations, but the state budget will not incur any costs, while urging the Ministry of Youth and Sports to speed up the preparation of the sports clubs project," he said.
    "The grant from South Korea's Poyong Ltd. has been approved to the Ministry of Education," he said.
