    The Parliamentary Finance Committee disclosed, today, Friday, the content of its meeting regarding the general budget, while announcing the postponement of the voting session for "other hours."
    The reporter of the Finance Committee, Ahmed Al-Saffar, said in an interview with state television, that "the committee meeting was about transferring opinions to the heads of the blocs and voting on them, including the region’s share," indicating that "the committee meeting witnessed a dialogue and noise that has nothing to do with the region, but rather with the share of the liberated and affected governorates, the new job grades." .
    Al-Saffar added that "the meeting was postponed due to the MPs' claims related to outside the possibility of public revenues," noting that "there are articles on them in contradiction and demands for intervention in changing the exchange rate, and the question is from the authority of the Central Bank."
    He pointed out that "there is pressure to add other materials," expecting that "the topic will last for more hours."
    He explained that "changing the exchange rate is an incorrect decision, but this is what happened and the budget was built according to this price," pointing out that "changing this price needs a second agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank, on the one hand, and the World Bank and the Monetary Fund."
    On Thursday, the House of Representatives scheduled a session for Friday, to vote on the 2021 Budget Law
