    On Wednesday, the Governor of Baghdad, Muhammad Jaber Al-Atta, presented a proposal to appoint the lecturers, while confirming that their file would soon be completed.
    Al-Atta said, "The names of the lecturers were sent to the concerned authorities, and we have a committee that studies the issue of lecturers, and it is managed by the Ministry of Education," stressing that "the lecturers' file will end soon."
    He added, "The degrees of deletion and creation can be used to appoint lecturers, but the important thing is that they be released from the Ministry of Finance."
    The governor of Baghdad pointed out, "the inability to move the appointment of lecturers from us."
    Yesterday, Tuesday, Cabinet Spokesman Hassan Nazim confirmed that the Cabinet agreed to include the lecturers in the Ministry of Education in the wages approved in the budget.
