    During a meeting held in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, a committee for determining the pricing of electronic services wages discussed setting an appropriate mechanism; To determine fees that take into account the volume of electronic service provided to citizens at reduced costs.
    The Chairman of the Committee and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Communications, Wadi Karim Wadi, stressed during the meeting, according to a statement received by “Al-Nour News”, a copy of it, that the fees for electronic services that ministries and service agencies will provide to citizens should be reduced, according to a feasibility study prepared by the ministries that takes into account the size of this service, pointing to That there is a government orientation for digital transformation and automating the work of all ministries to provide electronic services to citizens.
    The statement explained that during the meeting, the session's paragraphs were discussed and the committee members' interventions were heard, and the most prominent obstacles and needs that must be met to reach the best results.
    At the conclusion of the meeting, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Communications concluded the work of the committee with several recommendations to be submitted to the Diwani Order Committee 22 of 2020 (the Committee for the Management and Coordination of Government Activity towards Electronic Governance), which are: Dissemination of a letter to all ministries to set a priority within their next government curriculum with digital transformation and a tendency to automate Allocating funds from their investment budget for the project, and submitting the ministries a feasibility study on all electronic services they will provide to citizens and the proposed fees for them.
