    {Local: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Electricity revealed a price it described as "moderate" for the wages collected for electrical energy consumption.
    A statement by the Ministry, which was received by {Euphrates News} Agency, said that "the person in charge of the tasks of the Minister of Electricity, Adel Karim, received in his office at the Ministry's headquarters a delegation from the Ministry of Industry and Minerals to discuss the possibility of participation and technical cooperation between the two ministries within the next stage. During the meeting, he reviewed the size of the great tasks undertaken by the Ministry Electricity, and how it covered many major national and religious occasions and was the reason for its success, and all of this was in the right balance and matched with the volume of demand and daily consumption of electrical energy, with an integrated maintenance and rehabilitation plan that the Ministry’s formations committed to implement to deliver the electric current to all governorates.
    And Karim indicated that "the ministry has adopted a set of measures that will maximize the imports of collection according to a moderate and subsidized price, which will have a great impact in enhancing its imports, which will ensure the expansion of some electrical projects, especially within the distribution sector, and we hope that our ambitious program will proceed to share work and implementation with the companies of the Ministry of Industry." We extend our sincere gratitude to her for her support in light of the delay in the general budget and the absence of allocations.”
    For its part, the delegation of the Ministry of Industry commended the efforts of the minister and the staff working within the ministry in promoting the electricity sector, and expressed full readiness to enhance ways of fruitful cooperation between the sectors of the two ministries and to exchange technical expertise and development capabilities in this field.
    The two sides also discussed the possibility of rehabilitating the transformers, especially after the availability and arrival of the required equipment for their maintenance, with deliberations on the proposed plans for the coming year, where many projects require joint work between the two ministries.

    Today, Monday, the Ministry of Electricity revealed a price it described as “moderate” for collection fees for electric energy consumption.
    A statement by the ministry, received by the National News Center, stated that "the person in charge of the duties of the Minister of Electricity, Adel Karim, received in his office at the ministry's headquarters a delegation from the Ministry of Industry and Minerals to discuss the possibility of participation and technical cooperation between the two ministries within the next stage.
