    A well-informed, high-level source from within the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan reported, "Pavel Talabani told them that he has resolved the votes of the majority of the parties involved in the coordination framework, especially the support of the Al-Fateh coalition, the rule of law, victory and some parties of the Popular Mobilization, and the votes of independent representatives, as well as the resolution of the votes of the Kurdish parties “.
