The Ministry of Commerce announced that the General Company for Food Stuff Trading has completed its preparations to launch the fifth food basket, while continuing to complete the processing of the fourth basket.
A ministry statement quoted the company's general manager, Lama Al-Moussawi, as saying that it is scheduled to launch the fifth basket in early July, after completing the administrative and logistical preparations.
She indicated that the company's staff were present at its headquarters during the weekend to follow up the completion of the preparation of the fourth batch of the food basket and to finish preparations for the start of the fifth meal.
