    Today, Saturday, Minister of Electricity Adel Karim stressed the early preparation for peak winter loads, while discussing the tariff price for the agricultural category and support for the agricultural class. 
    A statement by the ministry stated, "The Minister of Electricity, Adel Karim, chaired a meeting of the opinion panel, which included all members. At the beginning of the meeting, the minister thanked all the ministry's staff and formations for their efforts to cross the peak loads of the summer season, and stressed the early preparation for the peak of winter loads." 
    The statement added, "The meeting discussed a number of important topics, including the financial ceilings necessary for contracts, the need to adhere to indicative prices, take into account the approved technical specifications, the speed of completion of work, and delegate part of the powers to public administrations according to the Public Companies Administration Law." 
    He pointed out that "the meeting discussed the position of diesel stations, and discussed the report of the committee formed under the chairmanship of the Undersecretary for Transport and Distribution Affairs, and it was decided to prepare recommendations and a database so that a decision can be taken on them." 
    The statement continued, "The meeting discussed the tariff price for the agricultural category, the possibility of supporting the agricultural class, and agricultural yields, and discussed the possibility of proceeding with the establishment of a technical workshop for the maintenance of thermal and gas turbines by the Electrical Systems Examination and Rehabilitation Company."
    The statement concluded that "the opinion panel presented a number of important issues and unanimously recommended taking the necessary decisions."
