Al-Sudani decides on the matter: The list of circulated candidates is not final
Shafaq News/ The "designated" Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani confirmed today, Wednesday, the continuation of the process of checking the names of candidates to fill ministerial portfolios, indicating that the names that are currently being circulated are not final.
Al-Sudani's media office said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, "The office of the Prime Minister-designate would like to confirm that what is being circulated in the media regarding the names of candidates to fill ministerial portfolios is not final."
Al-Sudani's office added, "The process of scrutinizing the candidates is still ongoing, and the relevant committees have not finished their work so far."
The Prime Minister-designate, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, announced today, Wednesday, that he is conducting the final audit process for the names nominated to take over ministerial positions in his government, which it is hoped will vote on granting confidence in the House of Representatives tomorrow, Thursday, revealing at the same time about the entities conducting the audits.
