    Baghdad today - Baghdad
The representative of the Sadiqoon Bloc, Ali Turki Al-Jamali, revealed today, Sunday, that former Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi fled Iraq more than 3 weeks ago to the Emirates via Kurdistan in order to avoid lawsuits filed against him .

Al-Jamali said, in a statement received by (Baghdad Today), that "Al-Kazemi fled outside Iraq more than three weeks ago and is currently in the Emirates after he left the country through the Kurdistan region."

He added, "Al-Kazemi's escape confirms his fear that there are cases in the judiciary against him, and an arrest warrant may be issued for her in relation to the cases filed against him, including those related to the file of the assassination of the leaders of Al-Nasr while he was at the head of the intelligence service before he was prime minister.”

Al-Jamali said, "There is an urgent need for a real stand by Parliament to follow up on the file of the American crime against the leaders of victory and to reach all those involved. Likewise, the parliamentary follow-up comes from the distance of the government from the attempts of those who want to end this file by exerting pressure on it, such as the US embassy and other countries allied to Washington and the entity.” Zionist.”
The leader in the coordination framework, Jabbar Odeh Al-Mamouri, had previously revealed to (Baghdad Today) the move of former Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi to seek protection from the US embassy in Baghdad, he said.
Al-Mamouri said, “The former Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, is still frequenting the US embassy building in Baghdad and asking for its protection, especially since there are many monitored financial and administrative irregularities, which will affect him very soon, according to to the results of the preliminary investigation, in addition to other issues related to the country's national security." Pointing  out that "2023 will carry surprises of heavy caliber, especially since the investigations into the Al-Kazemi government's violations have reached important facts that will appear to the public opinion very soon in condemning it in many important cases."
And last October, Al-Kazemi left the government palace, after Parliament approved the government of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani.
Al-Kazemi held the position of head of the Iraqi National Intelligence Service on June 7, 2016, until he assumed the premiership from May 7, 2020 until October 13, 2022.
