Nechirvan Barzani and the Japanese ambassador to Iraq discussed opportunities to develop Japanese relations with Iraq and the Kurdistan Region and areas of cooperation and partnership between them.[/size]
[size=45]The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, discussed with the Japanese ambassador to Iraq, Matsumoto Futoshi, opportunities to strengthen relations between the two countries, in addition to exchanging views on the Kurdistan Region and areas of cooperation between them, according to what was stated on the official website of the Presidency of the Kurdistan Region.[/size]
[size=45]Nechirvan Barzani congratulated the Japanese agencies and organizations for starting their work in the region, expressing the Kurdistan Region's desire to expand relations with Japan.[/size]
[size=45]In this regard, Nechirvan Barzani said that there is a favorable environment for Japanese investments in Kurdistan.[/size]
[size=45]For his part, the Japanese ambassador, while presenting a summary of the activities of the private sector and Japanese companies in the region, expressed his country's desire to strengthen relations, expressing his country's readiness to invest and expand its activities in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.[/size]
