The United States Government has announced the “Full Bright” program for the year 2024 for applicants pursuing a master’s degree in various fields across Iraq with the following requirements:

Applicants must be Iraqi citizens and residents.
- US citizens and green card holders are not allowed to apply.
- Applicants must be residing in Iraq while this program is being offered and processed.
Applicants must have two years of work experience after obtaining the last degree.
You must have a strong academic background.
- Must have a significant command of the English language or be willing to take part in long-term English language courses prior to starting the academic course.
Preference will be given to applicants who have little or no experience studying and living in the United States.
People from different backgrounds and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply for this programme.
