Shafaq News/ First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, chaired today, Sunday, a public hearing session to discuss a draft law (freedom of expression, assembly, and peaceful demonstration).
The session was set up by the Parliamentary Human Rights, Culture, Tourism, Antiquities and Media Committees, which were attended by a number of government advisors, the head of the Media Network, judges, the Syndicate of Journalists, lawyers, researchers, heads of civil society organizations, and representatives of ministries, according to a statement received by Shafaq News Agency.
