    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq today:

The Secretary-General of the Islamic Dawa Party, Nuri al-Maliki, renewed his rejection of any attempt to allow the return of the Baath Party, on the forty-third anniversary of the issuance of the decision to execute " preachers."[/rtl]

[rtl]Al-Maliki stated, in a statement, that "on this day, we remember the decision of the defunct Baath regime No. 461 on 3/31/1980, which stipulated the execution of those who belonged to the Islamic Dawa Party and those working to achieve its goals and promoters of its ideas, with retroactive effect, and it is a unique decision that has the force of law.No regime in the world has ever issued the like of it throughout history. The decision was only an apparent justification for the genocide of preachers, which the regime began ten months before this date. The decision opened the doors for preachers' convoys and the general believers, to ascend the gallows of martyrdom and dignity, and the martyr was The founder, Mr. Muhammad Baqir al Sadr, and many pillars of Islamic movement awareness are the most important targets in this decision.[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "The decision established a legal base, invalid and ominous, for the Ba'ath regime's project to eliminate the movement of awareness, advancement, culture, and Islamic revival in Iraq, especially those belonging to the Aal al-Bayt School ( peace be upon them), when the decision referred to the execution of the promoters of the ideas of the Islamic Dawa Party; and the situation is that the ideas of "the call" are nothing but an expression of the thought of the original Islamic revivalist trend.[/rtl]
    [rtl]

He pointed out, according to the statement, that "there is no doubt that the manifestations of genocide and the eradication of the other who are intellectually, politically and culturally different were not a circumstantial or preventive case for the Baath Party in Iraq, but rather the core of its belief and intellectual-political system, since the ill-fated time allowed it to infiltrate our patient Iraq.” It is a belief that it will not end and will not disappear from the mind and behavior of the Baath, and the Iraqi people felt this again after 2003, through the brutal acts of violence carried out by the remnants of the Baath in alliance with sectarian and takfiri groups, foremost of which are the organizations (Al-Qaeda) and (ISIS), The danger of this doctrine will remain late,[/rtl]

[rtl]He stressed that "the return of the Baath, in thought, behavior and individuals, and under any name and facade, will never happen, and that any attempt in this field, by any internal or external party, is a crime punishable by Iraqi law." ,” pointing out that “we will confront it by all means.” legal and political, and we will remain committed to all the decisions issued after 2003, which stipulate the eradication of Baathism and its ideology, and the criminalization of it.”[/rtl]
[rtl]He pointed out the necessity of "holding public activities and media, artistic and dramatic works, that reveal the outcomes and consequences of the decision to execute "preachers", and all the crimes of the defunct regime, and perpetuate the martyrs, facts and events , so that the present and future generations remain aware of the reality of the black time that the Iraqi people lived under the criminal Baath government.[/rtl]
