    [rtl]Baghdad-Iraq today:[/rtl]
[rtl]Of course, this question may be controversial, and is open to many reasons and intertwined issues, some of which are known by specialists, and those familiar with the ins and outs of domestic and international monetary policies. The work of a giant institution such as the Central Bank of Iraq, meaning (citizen), is the last and first link in the hierarchical arrangement, which is affected by monetary policies and their fluctuations.

Everyone knows that society is made up of three classes, the first is the upper class, or the rich, whose sky the monetary storming does not appear in an effective way, and the remaining two classes, the middle and the poor, and they are the most affected by the depressions in monetary exchanges, and they are the ones that necessarily target them, i.e. economic or monetary reform processes, as they are unable to confront the markets without the support of the state, and without the central banks employing their capabilities and expertise, in order to ward off the damage to these social classes that need protectionist measures, so to speak.

In this very simplified understanding, we saw that the philosophy and management of Mr. Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, of the Central Bank of Iraq, took into account this aspect, and even credited him with the pioneering initiatives that the man launched during his tenure in office for the first time, such as real estate loan projects and medium and Simple investment opportunities, and social development projects and other projects that greatly contributed to reducing the level of extreme poverty, and promoted many classes to material stability.

Today, the relationship returns to new reform measures, and it leads to difficult monetary reform, but it is not impossible. It faced the dollar crisis with courage and great responsibility, and we are now witnessing the final chapter of it, and we are preparing for a clear and promising stability during the coming period, and there is optimism and hope on the street. Iraq achieved a quantum leap in sustainable development, and the success of the government's efforts to translate its future projects into reality.[/rtl]

[rtl]Returning to our first question, and we believe, after the foregoing, that the answer is based on a practical basis, not prior bias, nor an attempt to jump over the open air, but work speaks, and the results are now being touched by us, the general public, before economists do, so we say we are reassured With the leadership of Mr. Ali Al-Alaq of the Central Bank of Iraq.[/rtl]
