Abbawi, Canadian Ambassador discuss expected visit of Canadian Migration Minister to Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Planning Affairs, Labid Abbawi, discussed with the Canadian Ambassador to Iraq, Marc Kozdki, the arrangements required for the expected visit of the Canadian Minister of Migration, Jason Kenny, to Iraq.
A statement by the Iraqi FM cited “Abbawi received the Canadian Ambassador to Iraq on Tuesday where they discussed the bilateral relations between both countries and the preparations for the Canadian Minister of Migration’s visit to Iraq as well as the expected visit of the Canadian Foreign Minister, John Baird to Iraq.”
“The two sides discussed the regional events as well,” the statement concluded.
