    Shafaq News/ The Central Bank of Iraq urged, on Wednesday evening, the beneficiaries of the electronic platform services to take three measures. 
    The Central Bank of Iraq said in a statement issued this evening, and received by Shafaq News Agency, that it confirms the continued fulfillment of companies' requests, financing imports of goods and services, as well as financing the personal needs of all citizens, such as travel, treatment and study, through the electronic platform for cash, and meeting requests Banks and electronic payment companies to enhance their balances to cover settlements of electronic payment cards (visa, mastercard) at the official exchange rate of 1320 dinars per dollar.



    He added, and this bank urges the beneficiaries of the platform’s services to do the following:
    1. Merchants go to establish commercial companies at the Companies Registration Department to ensure that their requests are met through the window for buying and selling foreign currency smoothly and at the official rate.
    2. Shops, malls, and stores provide POS points of sale in order to facilitate the payment process for citizens to encourage them to use electronic payment methods.
    3. Citizens' acquisition of electronic payment cards from companies and banks, in order to settle their various obligations through them.

    Today, Wednesday, the Central Bank confirmed that requests will continue to be met through the electronic cash platform, while issuing three recommendations.
    The bank said in a statement that it “continues to meet companies’ requests to finance their imports of goods and services as well as to finance personal needs such as travel, treatment and study, through the electronic cash platform, and to meet the requests of banks and electronic payment companies to enhance their balances to cover electronic payment card settlements (visa, mastercard), The official exchange rate is 1,320 dinars per dollar.
