Today, Thursday, the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party expressed his thanks to the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani, for his seriousness in implementing the strategic agreement.
Barzani said, in a speech during the inauguration ceremony of the Barzani Memorial, which was held in Erbil Governorate, that “our battle with the previous regimes is not a battle between the Kurds and the Arabs, but rather a battle against the oppressor, no matter how Arab or Kurdish this oppressor is.
He added, "The relations between Erbil and Baghdad are witnessing a good atmosphere," expressing his thanks "to the Sudanese for being working hard to implement the strategic agreement, and we are working to support it with all our strength."
Barzani called on the Kurdish parties to "open a new page and hold an expanded meeting before the 18th of this month to solve the problems."
