The Parliamentary Finance Committee voted, on Monday, on a new article in the draft budget law related to calculating contract service and wages for the purposes of bonuses, promotion and retirement.
Committee member Representative Mustafa Sanad said, “Based on my proposal, the Finance Committee is grateful to vote on a new article:
- The contract and wage service is calculated as a service for the purposes of (increases, promotion) when fixing on the permanent staff, and as for calculating it for all purposes, including retirement, it is calculated after paying the retirement contributions in the form of installments or one payment in favor of the retirement fund, before or during the referral to retirement, with the aforementioned text in force On the daily wage service added to the previous years.
