The Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani, confirmed on Sunday that the difficulties that the ministries faced in implementing the program are due to the absence of a budget.
A statement by Al-Sudani's media office, a copy of which Mawazine News received, stated that "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani chaired, on Sunday morning, an emergency session devoted to discussing the semi-annual report on the evaluation of the government program implemented by ministries and agencies not associated with a ministry." .
Al-Sudani stressed, according to the statement, the importance of the government program, which translated what was stated in the ministerial curriculum, and was voted on by the Council of Ministers, and the government's keenness to adhere to its implementation. government, which made great efforts and worked to develop scientific mechanisms for evaluation.
