Health Minister Saleh Al-Hasnawi arrived today, Friday, in Tehran on an official visit.
Mawazine News correspondent said: "The Minister of Health, Salih al-Hasnawi, arrived today in Tehran on an official visit with his accompanying delegation," pointing out that "the visit continues until Monday."

The ministry's spokesman, Saif Al-Badr, said, "As part of the Iraqi government's efforts to communicate with all countries of the world to develop the health situation in Iraq, and within the priorities of the government program, the visit of Health Minister Saleh Al-Hasnawi, at the head of an advanced delegation from the ministry, to the capital, Tehran, comes after An official invitation from the Ministry of Health of the Islamic Republic of Iran, to follow up on the latest prospects for cooperation between the two countries.
Al-Badr added, "The visit will also include the signing of cooperation protocols that were previously prepared for in Baghdad and within a series of agreements with Iran. It will also include getting to know the pharmaceutical industry in Iran to develop the experience of localizing the pharmaceutical industry in Iraq."
He pointed out that "the visit will last for three days, during which the minister will visit various scientific and academic institutions and health institutions."
