The Petroleum Products Distribution Company announced, on Sunday, the consumption of more than (20) million liters of car gas during July, and it is raising its distribution outlets to 53 outlets.
The general manager of the company, Hussein Talib, said in a statement received by "Al-Iqtisad News" that, "The total quantities consumed and sold during last July amounted to more than (20) million liters for the distribution and gas filling companies, while the company continued to record a monthly increase in sales, revealing the opening of supply outlets." New outlets in various governorates, reaching 53 governmental and private outlets affiliated to the distribution company.
He added, "There is an increase in the consumption of LPG liquid gas for cars through its outlets and the outlets of the Gas Filling Company, which recently witnessed a significant increase in the quantities consumed monthly."
For his part, the Director of the Supply Authority, Hussein Al-Khursan, indicated in the same statement that "the total number of outlets containing gas supplies belonging to the distribution company and the gas filling company amounted to 98 private and governmental outlets." He pointed to "the opening of new outlets belonging to the company, to reach 53 stations spread in different Some of the governorates are under maintenance, and the process of supplying liquid gas is witnessing a great turnout by citizens.”
