    Today, Wednesday, a member of the House of Representatives, Jassem Atwan, clarified regarding the deduction of funds that were sent to the Kurdistan region in the last period from the general budget, while stressing that there are many duties that the region must adhere to with the central government after implementing the budget in full.

    Atwan said in an interview with the information agency, "The emphasis on implementing the previously voted law will be fully applied by handing over all oil money and revenues to the central government in exchange for sending the region's share of the budget," noting that "the suffering that occurred in the previous period The new agreements that were made will not be repeated. 
    He continued, "The imbalance that occurred from the two parties caused the delay in the salaries of Kurdistan employees for more than two months," noting that "the amount of one billion and 200 million dinars will be deducted from the share of the region that will be sent." 
    Regarding Kurdistan's commitment to the central government, Atwan explains: "There are many duties and financial obligations that the region has to abide by with the central government after fully implementing the budget during the coming period." 
    The federal government had recently sent a new financial loan estimated at 400 billion dinars to the Kurdistan government; To pay the salaries of the region's employees, with the delay in approving the budget, and this loan is the third during this year. Ended 25 / y
