    A member of the Martyrs, Victims and Prisoners Committee, Doha Al Qasir, announced on Saturday her refusal to expel terrorists and those whose hands are stained with the blood of Iraqis under the pretext of a general amnesty.

    Al-Qasir said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The blood of the martyrs is not a commercial or political auction for some people, no matter how sweet it may be or whether it is hidden under some influence.”
    She added, "Dictatorship will not return again, and whoever is proven to be involved in the blood of Iraqis, the law will inevitably be the decisive factor in holding him accountable and retribution."
