    On Monday, the representative of the Fatah Alliance, Suhaila Al-Sultani, criticized the attempts to achieve electoral gains and gain power by some parties at the expense of the blood of the martyrs by passing the general amnesty law.

    Al-Sultani told Al-Maalouma, “Some parties seeking to release criminals and murderers from prisons in order to obtain the largest number of voters’ votes and gain power must think thousands of times about the families of the martyrs and those whose blood was permissible.”
    She added, "Iraq has sufficient and sufficient laws and there is no need to go towards legislating a law concerned with general amnesty in order to serve some parties seeking to achieve electoral gains through such a law that is in the interest of criminals and terrorists."
    She explained that "there are thousands of women who suffer hardship and pain because of terrorism and its remnants after the fall of thousands of martyrs as a result of terrorist acts, and in the end it is not possible to stand alongside the killers of the Iraqi people in order to achieve electoral goals." Ended 25 n
