In the midst of the aim of seeking to address the problems that obstruct the normal course of the Iraqi economy at the future level, the Ministry of Planning went to create circles to communicate with all government institutions to work according to methodological frameworks. Serious and successful preparation for next year’s curriculum, according to the specializations of executive work and the requirements of its tasks, and by inviting a number of ministries and institutions not affiliated with a ministry to speed up the submission of their plans and projects for the coming year, and to approve and discuss them before the end of the current year, and through extensive discussions regarding future programs and details of their investment projects related to next year’s plans. (2024) and preparing programs to complete the requirements of its ongoing and new work, according to its priorities, and approving them before the end of the current year, in addition to providing financial allocations according to the projects, especially the new ones included during this year and the next year.
