On Saturday, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Ahmed Al-Assadi, supervised in the field the issuance of the smart card for those new to social assistance .
The Ministry stated in a statement, seen by Al-Iqtisad News, that “Al-Assadi supervised, during a field visit, to the Social Protection Department Al-Sadr to follow up on the issuance of the smart card for those new to social assistance within the sixth meal and its supplement. ”
The statement added, "He met with a number of citizens and listened to their demands, advising that these demands be addressed within the legal framework ."
