    Today, Thursday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani renewed his emphasis on the government’s move towards ending the presence of the international coalition in Iraq, while noting that the Gaza war revealed the “failure” of the international system to achieve security and stability.
    Al-Sudani said in joint statements with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, who arrived in the capital, Baghdad, yesterday evening: “We welcome the visit of the Spanish Prime Minister to Iraq, and we held important dialogues and stressed the importance of the relationship between the two countries,” indicating that “there are promising opportunities to advance relations between the two countries.” The two countries in various fields.
    He added: "We agreed on an agenda within a year that establishes a strategic partnership in various fields between the two countries, and we emphasized the intensification of mutual visits," noting that he had sent an invitation to Spain to participate in the Baghdad conference.
    Al-Sudani pointed out "the issue of the declining levels of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers and support for Iraq's water rights, in addition to the government's efforts to confront gas flaring."
    Al-Sudani appreciated "Spain's position and condemnation of the crimes in Gaza," expressing his hope for "more efforts to stop the devastating war."
    Al-Sudani referred to "supporting Iraq's efforts to confront the terrorist ISIS," stressing that "the Iraqi government is moving toward ending the presence of the international coalition in Iraq."
    Al-Sudani stressed "the government's clear position rejecting the hostile attacks against Iraqi bases," stressing that "these attacks affect the stability of the country."
    He stressed that "the presence of the international coalition must be within the framework of support and advice," indicating that "the Iraqi government is able to commit to preserving and protecting diplomatic missions."
    He concluded his speech by saying, "The Iraqi government is continuing its efforts internationally to stop the devastating war in Gaza," considering that it "revealed the failure of the international system to achieve security and stability." Ended/25
