The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, arrived today, Friday, in the Qatari capital, Doha, to participate in the Permanent International Forum for Commercial Courts.
The Judicial Council stated in a statement received by Mawazine News that, “The President of the Council headed a judicial delegation to participate in the Permanent International Forum for Commercial Courts, which is hosted by Qatar University on Saturday and Sunday, April 20-21. The delegation included Judges Raed Hamid Musleh, Head of Nineveh Appeals, and judges of both commercial courts.” From the tweets of Abdel Majeed Nasser, Ibrahim Abdel Hamid, and Ammar Ahmed Mustafa.
The statement added, "The Iraqi judiciary joined the Permanent International Forum for Commercial Courts in London and participated in the annual meetings held in New York and Sydney."
