[rtl]Member of the Finance Committee, Moeen Al-Kadhimi, said that the volume of disbursement during the year 2024 will reach 175 trillion dinars out of the 211 trillion assumed in the budget.[/rtl]
[rtl] Al-Kadhimi stated, “The Parliamentary Finance Committee expects that the actual disbursement for the year 2024 will reach only 175 trillion,” noting that “the governorate allocations have been amended by transferring 2 trillion from ministries and other bodies, bringing their total, together with what has been guaranteed and what is remaining with the governors, to 16 trillion.” Dinar, which is sufficient to implement projects.”[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Kadhimi confirmed that “the governorates of the Kurdistan region, their allocations will be the 12.67% share of the actual expenditure, excluding the issue of salaries,” noting that “if the regional government takes the initiative to localize the salaries of 670,000 employees in federal government banks, their salaries will be disbursed in the same manner as the rest of the state employees.”[/rtl]
